Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?
Delivery Charges of $15.00 may apply for outside local areas or an additional $30.00 for outside of Montreal or Laval area. Additional $10.00 may be charged in corresponding to products not in season but, requested. We charge extra fees for china, chaffers, buffets and utensils. We do not, however, charge for services such as corkage or cake cutting.
Do you have a minimum number of staff required for an event?
We require a minimum of two staff people for a full service event and have a 5-hour work time minimum for each person.
How we work,
Let us know you are interested in Le Gourmand Gustosas Inc. by completing the event request form on our website.
It must include the following;

event location

event guest count
We will then contact you by e-mail or phone and discuss the topics that best fit you. Such as; your taste or menu preferences, the nature of the event and your ideal budget.
Once we have gathered your full information and requirements, we will create an initial business proposal and menu with you, until we get it right. We will then create an invoice of what we discussed. Once the proposal meets your approval, we request a 50% deposit to secure our services by e-transfer or a personalized cheque, this deposit is not refundable.
You will then, recieve a final billing statement confirming our discussion of your event details,
and your final balance will be sent by e-mail.
This secures you and your guests to walk away from the best event you’ll ever had!
Why is there tax on everything?
The Government of Quebec, requires sales tax on all services.
Are we certified by the Health & Safety Institution of Quebec?
Yes. We have been certified by the Health & Safety Institution of Quebec (MAPAQ).
How does billing work?
A 50% deposit is due on the date that we finalize business proposals and menu.
Final balance is due the day of the event in an envelope.
We only accept certified checks and cash.
